He is Saif Bin Rashid Bin Shdhaib Al Shadeeb Al Mutaiwee Al Mansouri, born in approximately 1855, a scholar and sheikh of knowledge, and he is known as (Ra'i Al Jahili) in relation to Tawi Al Jahili, a resource he dug in Al Dhafra, he died and was buried next to the resource.
